材料:
紅蘿蔔兩個
粟米兩條 排骨(西施骨)四兩
蜜棗二至三粒
做法:
(1)把排骨放入滾水中煲大約五分鐘,然後取起沖凍水,
(2)紅蘿蔔切片,粟米切成二至三塊,
(3)把紅蘿蔔、粟米、蜜棗、排骨放入真空內層煲內,煲十五分鐘之後便可以熄火及放回真空煲中,大約煲兩小時便可。
