材料:

紅豆一碗

淡奶半碗

糖一碗

澄面二湯匙

椰汁一罐

粟粉1碗

魚膠粉(大菜糕)半碗

牛油少許

做法:

(1)先浸紅豆,然後放入煲煮至淋

(2)澄面放入碗內加粟粉、加水一碗拌勻

(3)將水一碗放入煲煮滾

(4)把糖放內碗內,加魚膠粉拌勻,然後倒入(3)中煮溶,再加入(2),然後不停地轉動,轉為細火,煮成”結”身後加紅豆、椰汁及淡奶,待全部煮至”結”時便可以倒入糕盤中雪凍

(記得搽少許牛油在糕盤中,待雪凍時便可以輕易倒出來)
